By downloading or using Unit Converter · Baro (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store from which you obtained it (e.g. the Apple App Store or Google Play).
Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow the policies of the store where you obtained the App. The developer does not operate separate billing or subscription systems inside the App.
You agree not to misuse the App: for example, no reverse engineering to extract non-public APIs, no use that violates law or others’ rights, and no attempt to interfere with the App’s normal operation.
The App is designed to work without sending any data to the developer’s servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The pairs on your chip rail and the number left on screen live only in the App’s private storage on your device. Deleting the App or resetting the device removes them permanently — the developer holds no copy and cannot recover them for you.
Conversion factors are held as exact fractions and every one of them is printed inside the App so you can check it against your own source. Even so, the App is a general-purpose reference tool and not a certified measuring or trade instrument. Two limits are worth naming explicitly:
Do not rely on the App where an error could cause injury, financial loss, or a legally binding measurement — for commerce, construction or medicine, use the certified instrument or official table that applies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or for any loss of data or profits, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when they do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms.
