By downloading or using LED Banner · Baro (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store from which you obtained it (e.g. the Apple App Store or Google Play).
Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow the policies of the store where you obtained the App. The developer does not operate separate billing or subscription systems inside the App.
You agree not to misuse the App: for example, no reverse engineering to extract non-public APIs, no use that violates law or others’ rights, and no attempt to interfere with the App’s normal operation. You are responsible for what you choose to display: do not use the App to harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead anyone, and do not display it where it could distract drivers or interfere with traffic, transport staff, or emergency services.
The App is designed to work without sending any data to the developer’s servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Saved messages live only in the App’s private storage on your device. Deleting the App, resetting the device, or restoring from a backup that predates a message will remove those records permanently — the developer holds no copy and cannot recover them for you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. It displays text on a phone screen and nothing more: it is not emergency signalling equipment, not a road or aviation sign, and not a substitute for any certified safety device. A phone can run out of battery, overheat, or be switched off — do not rely on the App where a failure to display could cause injury, damage, or loss.
While the sign is on screen the App keeps the display awake at whatever brightness you have set. A bright screen held up for a long time drains the battery quickly and can make the device warm. Managing that is your call.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or for any loss of data or profits, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when they do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms.
