OmitScribe is a 100% on-device app. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information on our servers. There is no backend. There are no analytics, no ads, and no third-party trackers of any kind.

| Local storage | Transcribed notes are saved in the app’s private storage on your device (via the system’s standard app data store). You can delete notes at any time. |
Nothing from the app itself. OmitScribe does not make network requests for dictation, storage, analytics, or updates. You can verify this in airplane mode — dictation and saved notes continue to work.
If you tap Share, the system share sheet sends text only to the app you choose (Messages, Mail, etc.). That hand-off is under your control and is not automatic.
Opening a link to another OmitKit app in the App Store (cross-promo footer) opens the store externally — that is the only optional, user-initiated external action besides Share.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
