By downloading or using OmitMagnifier (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store from which you obtained it (e.g. Google Play or the Apple App Store).
The App is offered as a one-time purchase where applicable. Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow the policies of the store where you bought the App. The developer does not operate separate billing or subscription systems inside the App.
You agree not to misuse the App: for example, no reverse engineering to extract non-public APIs, no use that violates law or others’ rights, and no attempt to interfere with the App’s normal operation.
The App is designed to work without sending your content to the developer’s servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy. Your device, Google Play Services, or Apple’s frameworks may process data according to their own policies outside the developer’s control.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Magnification and text recognition depend on your device hardware and lighting; results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or for any loss of data or profits, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when they do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms.
